To support compliance with applicable regulatory requirements for Predictive Decision Support Interventions (Predictive DSI), including those outlined in b.11, MedOne Systems has completed an independent internal review of Nabla's Intervention Risk Management (IRM) practices. This review assessed whether Nabla's documented risk management approaches — encompassing risk analysis, mitigation, governance, validity, reliability, robustness, fairness, intelligibility, safety, security, and privacy — align with certification standards and best practices for responsible AI use in healthcare. Attached below, is a summary of MedOne Systems' internal review findings confirming IRM-compliant practices based on the information provided by Nabla.
